Steve has over 40 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate operations, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, construction, consulting, and property management. His career path has a unique focus on Commercial Real Estate transactions and management. Ultimately, this led to the formation and growth of JST Real Estate Services Inc, which manages client portfolios of over 250 million dollars. Steve's primary functions are client services and new business, where he is directly responsible for transactional negotiations and mentoring support to the firm's management team. Steve's results-driven personality enables his clients to trust him with their real estate investments. Steve has a reputation for high integrity and performance within the real estate community.
As Associate Broker at JST Real Estate Services, Inc. Bryan directs the brokerage arm of the company, and specializes in landlord and tenant leasehold representation in the Inland Empire market. Bryan also oversees aspects of the property management side of JST Real Estate, including accounting (AP/AR, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, etc.) and day to day tenant relations. Bryan prides himself in his ability to listen to the requirements of his clients so that he can effectively and expeditiously meet their needs. Having lived in the Temecula Valley for over 35 years, he has a vast knowledge of the area, local economies, and market trends. A native of Southern California, Bryan grew up in the Temecula Valley and continues to reside in Murrieta with his family. Bryan began his commercial real estate career in 2005 at JST Real Estate Services, obtaining his Real Estate Broker's license in 2016.
Christina is a seasoned property manager with over 15 years in the field. She has extensive experience with scheduling & correspondence. Having held positions in the residential real estate and mortgage industries, she is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients & vendors. Her experience in data management systems & project coordination has made her an invaluable asset to JST for nearly 10 years. Christina enjoys building client and vendor relationships, as she believes these are the most important aspects of her job. She is committed to always finding a solution that works for everyone to ensure client satisfaction. Christina is a California native and has lived in the Temecula Valley for over 25 years and continues to reside in Temecula with her family.
With an extensive background in customer relations, McKenzie now serves as the project accountant at JST, combining strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset. She takes pride in problem-solving, streamlining processes, and thinking creatively to help her team and clients succeed. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, McKenzie has lived in the Temecula Valley since 2019 with her husband and their dogs.
Kylie has a strong background in organization and client support and is passionate about keeping operations running smoothly for both clients and her team. In her role at JST, she supports daily property management operations through scheduling, client and vendor coordination, and ensuring communication is clear, timely, and efficient. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs help streamline processes and keep projects moving forward. Kylie is dedicated to creating positive experiences and finding solutions that ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes. Having grown up in the area, Kylie still calls it home and lives locally with her husband, where she enjoys being an active part of the community.
Madison brings a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for connecting with others. She is dedicated to creating welcoming, positive experiences for every guest, client, and team member she interacts with. Madison takes pride in staying organized, multitasking effectively, and supporting her team to help daily operations run smoothly. Madison has lived in the Temecula area for nearly nine years with her family and has also gained valuable perspective through her time spent living in North Carolina and Illinois.
